Prana is a trauma-sensitive and inclusive Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy (PFPT) practice dedicated to helping you achieve a healthier, pill- and surgery-free life. Dr. Aparna Kamulkar, founder and clinical director, is a certified pelvic rehab practitioner with over 20 years of experience. She specializes in evidence-based PFPT, empowering clients through education, movement, and lifestyle modifications. Dr. Aparna is extensively trained in pelvic health, a Certified Pelvic Rehab Practitioner (PRPC), a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES), and a certified yoga instructor. Beyond her PT career, she is a mindfulness advocate, Bhatt Foundation Ambassador www.bhattfoundation.org, a professional vocalist, cook, and avid traveler. She is a mom to 2 accomplished boys and a wife to a caring husband.
Vinay has over 20 years of industry experience working with Fortune 100 companies and providing consulting services as part of Big 5 Management Consulting Firms. He has been instrumental in setting up multiple greenfield ventures and turning them into multi-million dollar businesses.
At Prana, he is in charge of marketing, sales and operations. Vinay simultaneously runs a management consulting company. Apart from his day job, he is a professional entertainer, and enjoys traveling and photography.
Dr. Bharati Bellare is a retired Professor and Head of the Department of Physiotherapy at LTM Medical College, Sion. A trailblazer in the field, she has played a pivotal role in establishing Physiotherapy as an independent health profession, including serving as President of the Indian Association of Physiotherapy (IAP) and representing India at the World Confederation for Physical Therapy conference in Yokohama, Japan, in 1999. She is a Fellow of IAP and recipient of the prestigious National Hitra Oration Award (1994), with over 40 publications in national and international journals. Dr. Bellare has pioneered various clinical specialties, including Cardiopulmonary Physiotherapy, Hand Rehabilitation, and Women's Health.
